Not really. It's specific to spreadsheets. It takes all empty
cells to the left and right that have the same alignment and centers
the content in that as if it were a single merged cell.

rotation would not work, but having the icons would be nice. I
suspect that abi probably already has some, as does
gnome-icon-theme.
