[Usability] equal behavior throughout the desktop and gedit's tab behavior

Hi,

  I'd like to ask whether it is usability wise to quit epiphany once the
user closes the last tab, to quit the gnome-terminal once the user
closes the last tab and not to quit gedit once the user closes the last
tab.
