Really all the applications should exhibit the same behavior. Arguably
gedit shouldn't have tabs at all, but if it does the piphany behavior is
better.

Hi,
I'd like to ask whether it is usability wise to quit epiphany once
the
user closes the last tab, to quit the gnome-terminal once the user
closes the last tab and not to quit gedit once the user closes the last
tab.
