	This isn't the long term answer, though. If this is important, useful
functionality it should really be in the panel itself. I just haven't
had a chance to think out properly how it should work[1].

	Things like the QuickLounge applet are great for experimenting with new
features in the panel, but if the feature really should be sharing code
with the rest of the panel it doesn't belong in a separate applet ...

[1] - A first guess is that we could provide a launcher tray which
contains all the launchers at a specific URI - e.g. a favorites:// tray
- and you can split that in rows. What I don't think we want is to be
able to split the entire panel in rows because it won't work at all well
for applets.

      As I said, though, I haven't thought about it carefully, yet.
