We'd really like objects on the panel and in nautilus to behave the
same. Thus... making applets only middle-draggable is somewhat
undesirable. Ideally, I'd like to figure out how to make applets left
draggable, but still manipulable. There's a conflict here between
activating and manipulating non-static objects. I haven't figured out
how to resolve it.
