It is definately time I unplugged and went outside for a while.
I've been sending too much mail without thinking recently.

If I'm going to stop obsessively checking and sending mail others will
need to flush the spam out of the list moderation queue (or set the list
to automatically reject any HTML email from non-subscribers).
