The first version of colors capplet writes a ~/.gtkrc-2.0 but it was a
bad idea.
We can store color settings in gconf, in
/desktop/gnome/interface/colors/<widget>/<state>/ with foreground and
background html colors and Gnome settings daemon can apply these
settings.
