[Usability]Dialogs in gnome taskbar

  I've been thinkign about why gnome2 taskbar doesn't show the dialogs
windows opened like capplets...

  Is this a gnome taskbar bug? metacity maybe? I haven't tried with
sawfish.

  I think that this is a big unusabilty issue.
