That's essentially the aims of the UI Review process - it's concerned mostly
with consistency, a11y and compliancy with the HCI Guidelines. The Desktop
release UI Review, whilst a bit late for 2.0.0, has been very successful...
The bugs were rated and reported, patches were attached, all very well done.
