[Usability] keyword usage request

I'm starting on the work of triaging gnome bugs, and I've noticed
several usability-related bugs (filed so far mainly by Nils, but I'm
sure others have as well) that don't have the Usability keyword. I'm
adding them as I see them, but if people on this list (1) fix ones they
know about and (2) make sure to add the keyword when you add a new bug
in the future, it would make tracking (and therefore fixing) Usability
issues much easier.
