[Usability]gnome file dialog improvement

I've added emblem support to the save file dialog. This would make it
acually usefull i think. Now to implement this in the openfile dialog to
search on emblems :). Made some cleanups of the bevel things too and
placed the cancel and save buttons on the bottom where they belong (HIG
compliance).
