This was one of the changes the open look team made -- their spec said that
the "apply/cancel" sort of box had a Reset button with an option to reset to
factory defaults. However, they had the advantage of buttons that turned
into menus when you right-clicked on them, a sort of control not widely
used elsewhere.
Reset to previous values, saved preferences, factory defaults, are all
very useful in many applications.
