Nice, consider there are also a command line options for 
tracker-miner-rss if you wanted to add the functionality through extra 
options there for testing and others to use.

Well, we don't have an active maintainer for that binary, other than the 
odd fixes before a release from Carlos or myself. So feel free to go 
ahead and maintain that as you see fit Roberto.

Branch looks ok AFAICS, I didn't review it in detail. The only thing I 
would say, is we have a coding style ;)
