[Tracker] mfo:unreadCount

I've just pushed this branch

to permit tracker-miner-rss to update mfo:unreadCount of a mfo:FeedChannel

Since I've started to hack up an actual RSS reader using Tracker as
backend (inspired by https://wiki.gnome.org/Design/Apps/Potential/News
), more requirements and use cases will emerge in next future.
