Other than library name changes for the version, not so much no. The 
miner-fs has some nice efficiency improvements to reduce mtime checking, 
etc. The release notes for 0.14 should sum it all up.

If you build it manually, you can choose of course. All deps are 
available in F16 and Oneiric at least.
