Note about this that POP E-mails have no BODYSTRUCTURE filled in. That's
because a POP server has no MIME parser and so it can't put the tree
structure of its MIME E-mails in a BODYSTRUCTURE line.
So Evolution only stores the BODYSTRUCTURE field of its summary.db per
E-mail for E-mails coming from IMAP servers.
So unfortunately you always need both, but if there's BODYSTRUCTURE then
you can use that to have a much much faster way to do it for that
E-mail.
And now I'll leave you to hacking and programming this ;-)
