[Tracker] DBus timeouts in updates to the store

Hi all,

Zhenqiang just told me that he's sometimes getting DBus timeouts when
using the new multi-insert-enabled miner-fs. It seems that when doing an
array-update, tracker-store takes too much time to perform all the
inserts in the array, and thus DBus is timing out.

What should we do here? Make the dbus timeout really bigger? Currently
it seems to be defaulted to 25s.
