[Tracker] tracker-miner-rss 0.4.0 (and related stuffs)

Still waiting for a review to include tracker-miner-rss in main Tracker's repository (which updated mirror is 
starving at http://gitorious.org/tracker-miner-rss/tracker-miner-rss/trees/miner-rss ), we (Michele and me) 
just released a new 0.4.0 release.
Main features are alignment with latest Tracker's developments (especially on libtracker-miner), and 
management of GeoRSS where available.

(Pay attention to the fact starting this release libgrss has been splitted from the main package, you can

As a side note, development of the previously mentioned Tracker-based feed reader started and is now 
available some code to play with: project is named "Phidias", reference website (with informations about 
repository and internal architecture) is here -> http://phidias.barberaware.org .
No stable release has been released since now, but I hope this may be interesting for someone.
