How do i mark relations between files? For example:
- Image IMG1234.JPG has audio comment IMG1234.WAV. How do i tell it to
tracker.

 In the ontology you have the properties nie:links and nie:relatedTo to represent that. We can use them given our assuption that URI (DO) == URI (IE).

 I would prefer to add properties to link an IE with an IE. We need them for thinks like the relation between a Contact and a Picture.

 At the moment use those nie:links/relatedTo, until we update the ontology adding more specific properties!

 There is a
- I import 3 panorama batches, IMG0001.JPG - IMG0006.JPG; IMG0007.JPG -
IMG00014.JPG. 1 is related to 2 -> 3 -> 4 ...-> 6 is not related to 7.
here beginn new batch. What is the best way to handle this?

A Panorama can be considered a nfo:MediaList with a MediaListFileEntry per-image.
My proposal is to add a PicturePanorama suclass of nfo:MediaList

- Image 1 hase modified version 2. Again, how do i handle this?

Are there two images in the file system?

- Before i import some photos i need to know if there some ready
imported. Do you have special field  for md5sum or what ever? or you
have other ideas?

No, and I'd say that information is application-dependant so shouldn't be in tracker. Tracker contains other dates (file created, file modified, ...) that maybe can help you with that.

Ivan
