[Tracker] Replacement of tracker-search-tool for tracker-needle

I would like to replace tracker-search-tool for tracker-needle some 
point soon. Are there any objections to this?

If no one objects or there is a reasonable acceptance of this by the end 
of the week I will do it next week some time.
