[Tracker] Developer documentation

Hi,

I've been poking around Tracker again recently, and I've seen a couple
of references (in blog posts and elsewhere) to the lack of documentation
of the API of Tracker.

If there is any interest, I would like to take a stab at producing such
documentation - I figured it would be a good opportunity to get familiar
with the internals of Tracker, while making it easier for others to use
it at the same time.

Would anyone be interested in mentoring me a bit on this? I will need
some requirements with regards to formatting of the docs, and a few
pointers to get started on how the API works.
