[Tracker] move operations

Hi,

Reproduce the following by renaming Linux src in a monitored directory
1. tracker-store is very unresponsive during large move operations.
Perhaps this is not a common use-case but isn't there some way of
ensuring that queries are top priority?
2. move operations are sluggish in comparison with old Tracker, as it
used to take less than a minute.
