Actually I figure out that everything was moved under a new address:

http://projects.gnome.org/tracker/

(the old one still exists but it is a redirect. Murray made all the
change for all the modules in an automatic way two months ago.)

so the new right one is:

svn://svn.gnome.org/svn/gnomeweb-wml/trunk/projects.gnome.org/tracker

if you have an old copy you can switch with:

svn switch svn://svn.gnome.org/svn/gnomeweb-wml/trunk/projects.gnome.org/tracker

P.S.: the way the website (and all the gnome web infrastructure) is
updated is diabolic:
