Just a patch to highlight the suggested compilation infos, the readme

Hi Michele,
Thank you for the patch. Unfortunately, the first part changes the link
for "git" to "the latest unstable release of Tracker using" - that to me
would make me think that was the link to press to get the latest
unstable release of Tracker. However, it is the link for GIT. So that
part of the patch won't be applied unfortunately.
The second part of the patch adds help about how to build the tarballs.
It is not normal to include this information. If you don't know *how* to
use a tarball, you should not be using it IMO. It raises more questions,
like what is this autogen.sh? what are these automake and autoconf, etc,
etc. If you look at gtk.org or a lot of other sites, they don't explain
this. So I don't think I will apply this part of the patch either I'm
afraid. I should add, that your directions are controversial at best. It
is not recommended to install use the prefix /usr.
Thanks again for the patch.
