This is now pushed to master.

Additional changes made since this email include:

 - Fixing all non *.[ch] files with whitespace issues
   (found using git diff --check)

 - Don't fix files imported (like egg*.[ch] and fts code).
 - Fixed binary file trailing whitespace updates.
