[Tracker] 'remaining indexing duration' estimation excised?

Hi,

Was removing the feature of estimating 'the remaining time to index'
removed deliberately? If so, why's that?

I also noted that the output of 'indexing duration' ain't as pretty as
it used to be (EG '124s' as opposed to '2m4s').
