If we replace HAL with Devkit, we should do it for the 0.7.x
From the maemo point of view, i don't know the DeviceKit situation, but
the "Devicekit with fallback on HAL" option sounds safe for me.

To put some perspective on this: We are going to push the
DeviceKit-disks gvfs backend for 2.28, so by that time, disk-related hal
usage should be on the way out.
