[Tracker] Thunderbird patches

Hello Jamie,

I was away from tracker project for a while.

I have made few missing patches against revision 966.

Can you please submit those?

tb_extension_01_opening.diff
 this patch fixes problem with opening e-mails when TB is already open. 
We need to make fresh xpi file after applying this patch in the 
extensions/thunderbird-extension directory:
make -f Makefile clean
make -f Makefile

tracker_thunderbird_utf8.diff
 adds checking if it is valid utf8 TMS file and tries to convert if it 
is not.

tracker_thunderbird_glade_experimental.diff
 changes label from "Enable Thunderbird" to "Enable Thunderbird 
(experimental). As a default it is disabled

tracker_thunderbird_preferences.diff
 this gets TB enable/disable state from the Glade file and writes to 
the configuration file

tracker_thunderbird_configuration.diff
 this adds the TB option in the tracker-configuration.c file


Now about junk/deleted emails.
 I was talking to the Beagle Thunderbird plugin developer, how he is 
handling deleted/junk e-mails and here is the answare:

"Unfortunately I don't do anything about them at the moment. I could 
mark them with a "deleted" flag if they are moved to the trash, but 
that's pretty much it. David hasn't completed the work with the 
component used to check if a message was removed from the trash, so it's 
not possible to know this yet.
He said he would complete this but we can't probably hope for any 
miracles before Thunderbird 3.0 I think."

I think, that we should add those patches and let people test it, and 
later on we will work on this part, which seems to not be easy.
