[Tracker] Does "NoIndexFileTypes" in Tracker-preference works?

I just check the trunk code,
I found that trackerd pick up this setting from config file,
but does not do anything for this.

Is it a known todo item?

If so, what kind of patten to match?

*.txt
or *.txt;abc?.mp3?
