[Tracker] [PATCH] README + memory-mode in tracker.cfg

Hi,

There is no currently option to specify whether trackerd runs in
normal or low memory mode in tracher.cg. Here's a patch to add that
option.

The README patch documents the rest of the command-line options passed
to trackerd.
