optimization has failed is a serious error - it means your fulltext
index has been deleted

usual causes might be lack of disk space or some integirty error in the
fulltext index

if it happens regularily then we can always replace qdbm with sqlite
which might be more reliable

pls delete .Tracker/databases and reindex - hopefully it will cure it
