[Tracker] [Xesam] new mailing list set up

Hi all,

I just want to inform you that a separate Xesam mailing list has been
set up. Surprisingly called "xesam", hosted on FDO. In the future
announcements (like the upcomming, and hopefully final, Search spec
RC2) will still go here, but main discussion will go on the xesam list.

So jump on in and say hi. Cheers,
