The issue, I hate to say, was the absence of a semicolon in the
watch/nowatch lists in the .cfg file - there must be a semicolon at the end
of the list, too, it seems...
Maybe I am missing something, but tracker.cfg works fine without those
semicolons, unless you have more than one directory you are listing
there of course.
This should work:
WatchDirectoryRoots=/usr;/home/wena;/windos
