Maildir or MH is not supported at this time. It shouldn't be difficult
to add fully support since there is already code but it just needs to be
done...

Currently I'm fixing a bug with IMAP and Evolution where some emails are
not indexed because those emails are stored that way :
id.HEADER
id.1.MIME
id.1
id.2.MIME
id.2
etc.

And if id.x.MIME refers to something multipart, there will be
id.x.1.MIME, etc.


Thus, I saw some emails not displayed by tracker-search-tool... I do not
know why.
