Its okay - its fine as it is (there is no dependency on libmagick or
mplayer as these are called out of process (spwaned) if available on the
system. They do nothing if they are not installed and no error is
generated so they are enitirely optional to tracker)
Will apply shorty as Im just stabilising my changes from over the weekend.
