yes directories may be passed to it.
Does that fix work for you?
I have not tested it, I am having trouble compiling the current cvs
versions...
it should be a lot easier to build now that mysql has been replaced!
What is the build problem exactly?
you will need just sqlite3 and qdbm to build.
