OK I've fixed some snippet preview problem now it view correctly the bold tag

The app requires python(2.3,2.4...),python-dbus,python-qt3 and python-kde

I've complete a first version of my qt gui for tracker...

Now it using python kde than it use kde icon theme and it
open file with preferred application.
