[Tracker] .cvsignore files on CVS

I've just added on CVS the needed .cvsignore files.

This files will silent cvs on update and diff, avoid the long list of

        ? Makefile
        ? Makefile.in
        ? autom4te.cache
        ? config.guess
        ? config.h
        ? config.h.in
        ? config.log
        ? config.status
        ...

showed due to files created in your cvs sandbox but not in cvs
repository.

It should be ok, but let me know if there is something wrong in your
sandbox.
