[Tracker] Question on search syntax

Hi,

using tracker-search one can specify mimetype as an optional argument.
Is there any way to pass such a query through deskbar? Or is there any
other way of specifying which filetypes one is searching for? For
instance the beagle-handlers can be passed 'ext:pdf' for instance. 

How does nautilus handle this? Since one can specify filetype in
nautilus using the tracker backend.

Anyway I'm impressed by tracker,
