[Tracker] [PATCH] tracker-extract to extract metatdata from application/ogg files

Hi,

i noticed this one since my first tracker test, and found how to fix
it. It does only add one more string compare to identify metadata for
.ogg files.

One thing i am not sure - does this affect video files too? I took
some minutes to search, but did not come to a conclusion. Was this
maybe left out intentionally?

Again, this patch is for the CVS version.
