[Tracker] New Deskbar Handler

Hi all,
I have finished a new version of tracker's deskbar handler.

Now are 2 handler(1 file) a static(like beagle static) and live.
I have added categories support(Music,Video..) and tag support(format: tag:nametag)

The file it's on cvs at python/deskbar-handler/
