[Tracker] Fix launcher name and description

Here is a change for launcher name and description:

        Current:
                Name=Desktop Search
                Comment=Tracker Search Tool
        
        Proposed:
                Name=Tracker Search Tool
                Comment=Locate documents and folders on this computer by
                name or content using Tracker
        
Reasons:
        Name: Desktop Search should yet used by Beagle, and I think is
        better use the same label for application launcher and for
        window title. See also HIG[1]. Of course I hope in future we
        could simply start t-s-t from Places->Search for files...
        
        Comment: the current isn't a real comment. The proposed come
        from menu review [2]

OK to commit ?

PS this will add a new translatable message.
