Between versions 5.0.22-3 and 5.0.22-4, Debian mainteneurs added
"--with-yassl" parameter at "./configure". So I took 5.0.22-3 source
code, added this parameter and rebuilt the package. Without any
surprises, my libmysqlclient15-dev package has the same problems than
5.0.22-4.

So, compilation problems come from the parameter "--with-yassl". I'll
add this observation to Marcus bug report.
