Memory leak fixes

Yesterday and today I committed a lot of memory leak fixes. Please
retest all your operations against these commits.

I took care of making sure I don't commit mistakes, but you can't be
sure of that without testing it of course.

I also fixed a few real bugs too. Like flags being overwritten with
0xffff while flag 13 and 14 are being used to store the state of a
summary item, and when copying and moving a folder with children, the
children not always appearing in the folder model (I finally found the
actual reason why this sometimes happened).
