Progress status information improvements

I have finished replacing all CamelOperation cruft in such a way that
it's now possible to get more precision about the status of your async
operation:

In stead of percentages, you'll now get more meaningful numbers like:

Message 10 of 560 received. 

That's the sofar vs oftotal variables meaning. In this example sofar=10
and oftotal=560.
