ACAP support

Dave Cridland convinced me that ACAP support would be interested. Its
build by default is disabled right now, but the repository watchers
might have noticed that I recently added a libtinymail-acap subdirectory
with a decorator implementation for TnyAccountStore.
This will indeed be a TnyAccountStore that'll keep the local decorated
TnyAccountStore instance in sync with a remote ACAP service.
Again, feel free to join if that gets you exited.
