no :(, all you could do (without rebuilding) is disabling the hostname
changing in the backend (removing or commenting the "hostname" hash
entry), but the frontend will still think that the hostname can be
changed and will show the entry as sensitive

the profiles for the network tool are stored
in /var/cache/setup-tool-backends/data/network/profiles.xml
