[Setup-tool-hackers] Forking processes.

Hi. The scanning routines for shares require some paralelization to be
fast enough, and I have (of course) done this using fork. As there are
several cases where I'll be launching several processes at the same time
and checking the retrieved information for all of them at once, after a
timeout, I have done some interesting routines, all called xst_process_*,
and you can take a look at them in util.pl.in.

An example of its use is in xst_network_lookup_address.

I hope you find them useful for your own purposes.
