Status report.

This week, a complete rewrite of the network backend, in a new and very
expandable code base. Configuration writing is missing. I'm studying the
possibility of using this in other backends, specially in the most
complicated ones, as migrating into other distributions and their several
versions is going to be a big, constant effort.

Some other cosmetic, and not-so-cosmetic changes to all the perl code in
general.

New screenshots of the tools, with space for Jakub's new XST icon for
Ximian branding. Using the Ximian round button logo for now.
