[Setup-tool-hackers] networking tool backend stuff

[jacob helixcode com (Jacob "Ulysses" Berkman)]

So besides the list of connections, the missing parts to the backend
are two toggle settings:

 * obtain dns from dhcp server
 * enable windows networking

Please let me know when this gets in or if there are questions.
